Registered Manager – Maidstone
The home cares for up to 57 residents over three floors for people who require Nursing Care and includes a Residential Dementia Unit.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Home and ensuring that good standards are implemented and maintained for your residents.
You will have:
a. An in-depth knowledge of CQC Standards and their regulatory framework
b. A proven record of building excellent relationships with the local stakeholders.
c. A proven record of implementing and maintaining good standards of care for residents in a person-centred approach
d. Excellent people management skills
e. Budgetary and negotiating skills
f. Auditing and quality improvement skills
g. Excellent Customer Service approach to ensure Residents and Relatives are actively involved in the development of the service
h. Current NMC Registration
